The OCCE (Organization for climate & circular economy) is a Federation of General European interest, based in Brussels, at the heart of the European decision-making center for the emergence of startups and new technologies in the field of circular economy and Green-Tech.

This college aims to develop an innovative regulatory context for the circular economy and the climate: authorizations, prohibitions, incentives and standards.

This college is composed of local and territorial public authorities, but also of agencies delegated by the Ministries of the Environment. It intervenes to initiate concrete and local experiments towards the circular economy and climate protection.

This college is considering all the possible mobilization and support tools for the rapid implementation of actions towards the circular economy and climate protection.

The circular economy is a collaborative issue, involving the active participation of all citizens. This college will aim to source initiatives, support and promote them to the greatest number.

This college is developing new public funding avenues for the circular transition, in particular through smart taxation: on raw materials, on waste, on reductions linked to resource efficiency, on the cost of transport flows

This college will promote European models of the circular economy internationally and in island territories.

This college is dedicated to Startups, innovators, SMEs and research centers. It will provide shared intelligence, provide a support framework, pool experiences and improve the European regulatory framework for the emergence of new technologies and companies for the circular economy.
