There are no great technological advances without a point of origin, a local birthplace to make emerge. All territories are looking for new companies to create new jobs, promote their wealth and benefit from the innovative and dynamic image of the company that has chosen them in order to promote them. In addition, many territories have embarked on innovative schemes, trying to develop a circular economy of proximity. These new models can also help develop direct revenue or savings for the regional/ local authority.
The OCCE aims to create points of convergence between project leaders and territories, in particular to host experiments in the circular economy and climate field; innovative companies positioning them as innovative territories.

The members participate in the financing of the association of European interest by
an entrance fee
an annual membership fee for each category of members
The entrance and administration fees are set in the General Assembly, based on a proposal of the Board of Directors. They are calculated according to the turnover for companies, the budget for associations/ federations and the population for communities. The annual fee is paid on an annual base from date to date.
