For its members investors and investment companies, the OCCE opens a privileged framework of relationship to the European Union and the European Investment Bank (EIB). The EIB’s recognition of investors opens up the possibility for guarantees and equity entry. These complementary investment and guarantee capabilities – by limiting risks – facilitate participation in key technologies and projects proposed by the OCCE.
A share of the financing from public grants for technology project owners, particularly from the European Union, the risk share of private investors is limited to the share of the project still to be financed.
In addition, the OCCE connects investors with partner territories (in Europe or internationally), in order to jointly finance prototypes or green energy production units and Greentechs, and potentially to ensure their co-operation.
