A political science graduate, employment consultant and senior auditor ISO 14001 and SA8000, she has been responsible for the CSR and sustainable development policies for the LVMH group since 2007.

Previously, she was a Senior Financial Controller in the design of national and international industrial facilities.

She has worked in many European and non-European countries. She has lived in South Carolina (USA), Iran and France for more than three years.

In France, she created the Diversity Management function, taking on the global leadership of the Technip Group. She is a project manager of Bvlgari’s and the LVMH Group’s sustainable development initiatives.

One of her most recent activities concerns the creation and management of the “responsible gold” project in the production chain; the development of international ethical standards for coloured stones, from mining to retail.

She founded the non-profit association AISEC (Italian Association for the Development of the Circular Economy).
